Some things to consider when looking for a snow removal contractor:

- Insurance. You really want that guy who slides into the side of your house to have insurance. We've seen it happen and it's not pretty!
- Reliability. We get a lot of calls during big snow storms from people whose snow removal contractor never showed up. Don't be afraid to ask for references. Ask your friends and neighbors for referrals. We love to get customers this way!
- How much snow you're comfortable with on your property before you have it serviced. This is measured in inches - do you want your contractor to show up at the first flake or are you comfortable with 2" or 3" of snow before the property is plowed and/or shoveled?
- Whether you have a specific time that you need snow removal service. For example, do you need to be able to get to work by 7am, Monday through Friday? Are you a commercial location that's open 24 x 7? We will work with your schedule to make sure that your property is serviced when you need it to be.
